Pregnancy Count To Ten Fetal Movement Chart - What it is

The Count-To-Ten Fetal Movement Chart

This is a simple method for you to monitor your baby’s condition by counting the number of movements he/she makes in a day.

The Count-To-Ten Fetal Movement Chart - KKH

What you need to do:

  • Beginning at 9.00am, count the number of times your baby moves.
  • Put a tick (√ ) against the time graph whenever this occurs. For example, if your baby moves at 2.15pm, put a tick (√ ) in the square between 2.00pm and 2.30pm.
  • At the end of the day, count the number of ticks which you have recorded on the graph and indicate the number in the box provided.

IMPORTANT

Contact your doctor immediately if your baby has made less than 10 movements per day for two consecutive days.
